If you renew your annual plan, any unused credits will roll over to the next year. However, if you choose not to renew, unused credits will expire one year after purchase. You can also purchase additional credits at any time according to your plan's minimum order quantity: 15 for Discovery, 50 for Professional, and 250 for Enterprise.
No, once a simulation has been launched, you cannot change the velocity, geometry, or orientation. Any changes would require a new simulation, as they involve different flow conditions and require a new CFD mesh.
AirShaper does not offer 3D modeling services. However, through our consultancy services (at 10 credits per hour), we can advise you on interpreting flow results and provide input on how to improve your design.
